Fever-Tree are working with local businesses to host a juniper infused walking masterclass tour of Winchester, for 25 attendees. They will be partnering with Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks & Winchester Distillery. A brand ambassador from each spirit will be hosting a 30-minute masterclass on their gin and Fever-Tree recommended perfect pairing. Whether it’s juniper rich, citrus or floral led, these dynamic masterclasses through Winchester has a G&T to suit your palate.

At Fever-Tree it’s all about taste, which is why co-founders Charles and Tim travelled to the ends of the earth to source the finest naturally sourced ingredients for their multi award-winning mixer drinks. Whether it’s pure quinine from the Congo, or fresh lemon thyme from Provence. The Fever-Tree range of mixers are carefully crafted to enhance the taste of the world’s finest spirits.

How does the tour work?

Make sure your reserve your space now by registering and making a minimum donation of £5 to Naomi House.

Make your way to Cabinet Rooms for 6.50pm on Tuesday 5th February for a masterclass with Renaud from Bombay Sapphire. Here you’ll enjoy a double Bombay Sapphire paired with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, garnished with a lime twist.

The group will then make its way to Greens for a 7.40pm masterclass with Hendricks Gin. Sam from William Grant & Sons will be serving you a double Hendricks Gin paired with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, garnished with a ribbon of cucumber.

Finally, you’ll make your way to the Westgate for a masterclass with Mark from Winchester Distillery. Here you’ll be treated to a double Winchester Dry Gin, paired with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, garnished with Rosemary and Lemon.
